advertise, or present its services
 Content refers to any data, text, images, listings, descriptions, or materials submitted to
the Platform
 Listing refers to a business profile published on the Platform
 Country refers to Georgia
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Service.
You confirm that:
 You are at least 18 years old
 You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
3. Nature of the Service

Horeca Partners Georgia provides an online platform that allows businesses in the HoReCa
sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Suppliers, etc.) to:
 Publish and manage business listings
 Promote services, products, and contact information
 Connect with other businesses and potential clients
We do not act as a broker, agent, or guarantor of any listed business.
4. Business Listings & Responsibilities
4.1 Accuracy of Information
Business Users are solely responsible for:
 Accuracy and completeness of their listings
 Keeping information updated
 Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
We do not verify all listings and are not responsible for inaccuracies.
4.2 Prohibited Content
You must not publish Content that:
 Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
 Violates any law or regulation
 Infringes intellectual property rights
 Is offensive, abusive, or harmful
 Promotes illegal services
We reserve the right to remove or edit Content without notice.
4.3 Right to Refuse or Remove Listings
We may:
 Reject any listing request
 Suspend or delete accounts
 Remove any Content at our discretion

5. Payments & Subscription (if applicable)
If you offer paid listings or subscriptions:
 Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated
 Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law
 We may change pricing with prior notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of listings.
6. Intellectual Property
 The Platform and its content (excluding user listings) are owned by the Owner /
Operator
 Business Users retain ownership of their submitted Content
 By submitting Content, You grant the Owner / Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it
7. Third-Party Links
The Platform may include links to third-party websites.
We:
 Do not control or endorse third-party services
 Are not responsible for their content or practices
Use them at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
 Errors or inaccuracies in listings
 Business losses or missed opportunities
 Disputes between users
 Service interruptions or technical failures
 Indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability:

Limited to the amount paid by You (or 100 USD if no payment was made).
9. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
 Customer acquisition
 Business growth
 Leads or sales
 Visibility levels
The Platform is a promotional and informational tool only.
10. User Interactions
All interactions between Users and businesses:
 Are solely between those parties
 Are not controlled or guaranteed by us
We are not responsible for disputes, transactions, or outcomes.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access:
 Without notice
 For violation of Terms
 For misuse of the Platform
Upon termination:
 Your listings may be removed
 Access will be revoked immediately
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimer ("AS IS")
The Platform is provided:
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"

We make no warranties regarding:
 Accuracy
 Reliability
 Availability
 Fitness for purpose
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
15. Dispute Resolution
You agree to:
 First attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us
If unresolved:
 Disputes shall be handled in Georgian courts
